Design Features:
- Clamp body is made of high corrosion resistant aluminium alloy.
- Tightening screws hot dip galvanised (G) or stainless steel (X).
- F Type shear head option available.
- Over torque breaking shear head allowing a good clamping torque.
- This system ensures a high quality contact and avoids to damage the conductor strands.
- After head is sheared, removal is still possible.
Use:
- Used to connect two parallel conductors by accommodating one in each groove.
- For connecting bare conductors or two insulated overhead line.
- Use for Tap Off connection of aluminium alloy conductors.
- For connecting and branching of conductors in applications where no mechanical load is existent.
