High Strength Alloy of Bronze:

Bronze is one of the highly ductile alloys which is less brittle than cast iron. Bronze is Solid at Temperature, Non-Magnetic, Copper Colored and Odourless, even better conductor of heat and electricity than other materials. The Bronze oxidizes superficially upon exposure of air, but when copper oxide layer is formed, provides corrosion protection. Many Bronze alloys help in molding process because of its solid properties. Even striking bronze against a hard surface won’t generate sparks, for that bronze is very useful around explosive and flammable material.

Aluminium Bronze Alloys have Non-Magnetic, low oxidation at high temperature, wear resistant, higher thermal expansion, low electrical conductivity and non-sparking characteristics. They are preferred over stainless steel or other non-copper alloys where colonization is a threat, even they are widely used for welding & surfacing of joints, making machine tools and some bearing and for high load and high wear applications.
